Stefan is rather tall standing six feet four inches, he has a rather slender frame, which is not all that odd considering how much he tends to work out. He has brilliant dark-colored eyes which tend to remain devoid of any emotion. His black hair falls just short of his neck and is quite wavy, almost wind-blown His pale skin is starking as he has a tendency to wear dark colored clothing at all times. He seems to bear a regal appearance no matter what however.
His clothes are amazing and tailored to suit just him. He wears tight black jeans and a navy blue shirt… His capture device hangs from his waist along with his normal fanny pack as he believes that ‘Rangers travel light’. As one views him they’d notice his coat always seems to billow out in wind that is never actually there.
Personality:
Stefan is rather calm as he has seen many years go by and many troubles from various regions. He may seem cruel and cold and at times heartless, but he cares deeply for those around him. He is always calm and very slow to anger, but if you should anger him… I pity you as he can do Outrage better than ANY dragon. He is however quite loyal and would go to any length, no matter how foolish to protect anyone he called his friend
He is also rather eager when presented with a challenge or problem as he is always and forever looking to better himself. He wants a good rival, but realizes there are very few who can challenge him with any true value or threat. As such he is bored most of the time. He is also rather wary of anyone on first glance. He trusts his gut on reading people as nice, cruel, or whatever. If he doesn’t like you, there’s probably a reason for it, as he can seem to read minds. He can’t mind you, he studies body language and facial expressions.
History:
Stefan was born in the Kanto Region in Viridian City. His mother was a very loving person and even though his father was never actually home, they made do, just him and his mother. 0ne day, young Stefan who was only six years old he wandered into Viridian Forest and was captured by a family of Ariados, his mother rushed in to save him, but was captured as well… Then much to Stefan’s surprise a ranger who happened to be nearby threw out his capture device, befriending a local wild Magby and had it use flamethrower on all the Ariados, saving Stefan and his mother which made the boy idolize him.
When Stefan turned ten, rather than aim to be a Pokémon master like so many others did, he grabbed his dad’s old Dratini and ran for it. The Ranger school in the region of Orre, he studied hard, even though he failed on most of the physical exams at first, he never gave up, which needless to say made an impression on all his teachers. He was sent away from the Academy when he turned fifteen, eager to prove himself, he got caught up in many scandals which threatened to ruin his career as a ranger. One of them being an accusation he was linked somehow to the nefarious Team Cipher which was turning Pokémon into a darker versions of themselves by locking their hearts away so they were pure hatred and anger…
Stefan found out something horrific on his sixteenth birthday, his father was Ardos a leader within Team Cipher, he approached Ardos and tried to take down the organization himself, though he failed miserably, it was not his mission apparently. He later helped out many people through out Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh, even did a few missions in Unova, so much strength was found in this man that on his twentieth birthday he was given the position of head ranger of the newly developed region of Twilight which was said to have it’s own unique problems in nature. Stefan jumped at the chance, eager as ever to prove himself
Now at age twenty-four he has an extremely strong standing in the Twilight Region, right down to the Ranger Headquarters and the Ranger Academy. He has worked hard all his life, and even now he refuses to relax as he thinks something even darker than Twilight unique quirk is laying on the horizon still…

Jim simply nodded, “Well, alright. Just be careful. Gypsy or not, I won’t deny the state’s corrupt. So you’d best be careful. Anytime you need a place to hide come here. The Bowhaven Inn. It’s run by my mom and I.” he said kindly. “All I ask is that you be more careful and help out others as well.” he said his eyes glittering as the door slammed open to reveal one of his superiors. “Speaking of state. “Oi Edward right? Anyone asks while the ass is here she’s your sister.” he said with a chuckle as the man came over to grab him by the ear and drag him off, “Annnnnnd yep I’m in trouble.” Jim laughed as none other than Mustang dragged him away now. “Ah well, more fun being in trouble.”
“Shut up, Hawkins!” Mustang growled, “Aren’t you supposed to be looking for something anyway?! I didn’t get you into the military so you could slack off! What about that damn legendary portal of yours?! Get to it Hawkins before I cut your salary! You swear it exists then find me more proof than your golden ball!”
Jim grinned sheepishly, “Aye aye, sir. I found proof when I was younger, I just can’t remember how it was done. I opened the gate, remember sir? I’ll figure out how again.” he promised causing Mustang to leave again as Jim shrugged, and took the golden orb out of his pocket fiddling with it. “Sooner or later. I’ll figure out your secrets.” he mused tapping it, trying to work with it.
