Stepping inside the lab, she sighed and paraded around patiently for an employee to greet her. Eager to get her starter, she yet had to make up her mind on which to get... She had her mind set on either a fire type or grass type... She was almost sure she wanted one that was cute, but would become great along their journey.

Susan pulled the earbuds from her ears, and stowed her MP3 in the side pocket of her bag, one hand holding the bag still has not to hurt the egg inside as she confronted Michelle.
"Oh, hi! I'm so sorry that it took me so long to come, I was feeding the pokemon.."
She gave a warm smile, adjusting her glasses so they sat on the bridge of her nose.
"My name's Susan... So, did you get to see the starters yet? If not, I can tell you about them."
Her friendly smile remained upon her face, and she looked to her bag, feeling it wobble slightly. She though turned her focus to Michelle, unzipping the bag to give the egg air.

Giggling, she nodded. "I've seen them, just haven't made up my mind! I want a fire type.... Charmander, Cyndiquil, Torchic or Tepig... I.. want Torchic!" She smiled and held a hand out. "My name's Michelle, new to the Pokemon Rangers! It's nice to meet you!" She smiled, and grew curious at the egg. "... You know what's in the egg?"

Susan sighed as she glanced to Michelle, apology in her eyes. She didn't want to dissapoint the poor girl..
"We... don't have any fire types, sorry... We have two water type pokemon and a normal..."
Looking down slightly, her hands rested upon the bag with the egg.
"Although, we have... one special grass pokemon, named Petilil, and then later you can catch a fire type in the wild! So, what do 'ya say?... I can bring the pokemon out for you to look at..."
Alittle worried to have upset the child, she slowly rose her head, still apologetic behind her glasses which sat on the bridge of her nose.
