Red walked in, his eyes scanning the area before he walked up to the door without fear. He hummed a bit as he knocked, wondering what all would await him in this region. He was rather amused at best by all this. It was actually Professor 0ak who suggested he come rather than return to Mount Silver and Red had agreed |

Professor Wilson opened the lab door, smiling. Her hair was pulled back into a loose ponytail, showing off her small, gold earrings. Her forehead was covered in sweat, like she was wrestling. Taking a deep breath, she welcomed him. "Hello! You're the famous Red, aren't you! Oh my! And in my very lab!" She sounded like a teenager again.

Red gave a grin, seemed he was known pretty much everywhere. "Ah, yes ma'am. The Name's Red, but you already know that." he chuckled. He rubbed the back of his neck almost reaching for Pika for comfort before he remembered... Pika was back home being tended to by his mom. So instead he gave this woman a smile. "Here to get a new starter for a new region and uh... Do you need some help with something?" he questioned noting how she seemed to be well... Tired even if she was excited to see him, but then too.. That excitement was from everyone and it came with the name. |

The professor chuckled. "Ah, no... Just was wrestling with one of the Snubbull. He's quite stubborn when it comes to his bath. Just hates water," She sighed. She stood up straight, coughed to regain her composure, and continued as a professor. "You're a gym trainer, so what will your choice starter be?" She grinned.

Red thought about it before he chuckled seeing the started and raised an eyebrow at the different Pokémon. "Woobat. It's habitat is dark forests and caverns. It emits ultrasonic waves to learn it's surroundings, suction from it's nostrils enables it to stick it cavern walls to sleep which most often leaves a heart shaped mark behind. " he quoted, true to form he was a human Pokédex . "It's unique and from the Unova region... Flying and Psychic... Make it that one, ma'am." he said with a small smile. |

Professor Wilson blinked, "Professor Oak really has done weird things to you... What do you want, PokéGear, PokéNav, or PokéWatch?"

Red thought about it, "Pokégear. That way I can call home and it has it's own radio and map to boot." he said still thinking about it as a Lucario peeked from behind the master. Red turned to it and patted it's head, "Easy Luca." he said with a smile. "Memorize everything if you wish." The Lucario simply walked back outside again, having lost interest now in the lab. Red shrugged. "Ah well. Is there anything odd about this region I should know ma'am?"

The professor contemplated it for a moment. "Strange pokemon. Apparently they look different from even shinies. I have a picture of a blue Charmander, even it's fire is blue!" The professor handed Red the photograph as she snatched the items for him. Red Received! x5 x10Pokegear x1 |

Red studied the Pokémon and actually seemed surprised. "Just when you think you've seen it all, that you can no longer be surprised by anything cropping up anymore." he said quietly. "Some Pokémon will enter your life and shatter that idea. I haven't seen enough yet." he concluded grinning like he did when he had first begun from Pallet Town with only Pika, Bulby and Poliwhirl. "This should be fun..."
